Rain Storm Breaches a Fish Hawk Roof

The attached garage in this Fish Hawk home had a large, flat observation deck above. During a tropical depression that dumped volumes of water onto this surface, a breach occurred. The Before Photo illustrates the water damage on a section of the ceiling and also the adjacent wall. Our SERVPRO unit tarped the damaged roof area, scoped the garage's interior, and then did the required demolition. The sheetrock material was too water-damaged to salvage. The After Photo depicts the completed demo portion of the full service. After drying and applying an antifungal agent to the exposed wood, we can begin to rebuild. We work with our customers' insurance carrier to make this as stress-free and as efficient as possible. We will complete the storm damage restoration, "Like it never even happened."
