Bloomingdale Water Leak

The water line above the acoustical drop ceiling in this Bloomingdale restroom soaked the void with liquid. SERVPRO techs removed several ceiling tiles and the hanging batten insulation to begin the drying process. The split pipe was repaired as the initial step in the water damage restoration service. The goal was to minimize disruptions to the foot traffic in this retail store and quickly restore the restroom to its preloss condition. The After Photo shows the attic void and lighting clean and dry.
