Bloomingdale Water Damage Cleanup
This condo in a Bloomingdale development had a broken water fitting under the sink. The seasonal owners were out of state and were alerted by their neighbors, who contacted SERVPRO to fixture the leak and repair the water damage. Our WRT water damage restoration team performed a controlled demolition, as shown in the Before Photo. Our advanced equipment includes air movers, dehumidifiers, and more to restore normal moisture content to the exposed flooring and walls. The new linoleum floor and lower cabinets were installed, and the pantry doors were reset.
